9/11
Charges laid
By Francis Guy Hawkins
My demonstration of direct democracy: voting with my feet
|
I will go to the German government on Canada day 2008 and ask for asylum. My request is the result of my treatment by the members of our Parliament: MPs, the Speaker, the Prime Minister, the Governor General, and the Queen who were informed by registered mail that there is compelling evidence that the events of 9/11 did not occur as we have been led to believe by the administration of the US. None of the Members of Parliament were interested in discussing the vast amount of credible government-level discussion that calls into question the official explanation of the events of that day. By intentionally ignoring such evidence, the Parliament of Canada is failing in its duty to the citizens of Canada to whom Parliament is subservient, according to our laws and constitution, and is in fact acting in collusion with the administration of the US. This collusion constitutes a transfer of sovereignty from Parliament—the most sovereign institution permitted by our constitution—to the administration of the US. Parliament in support of the geopolitical interests of the US administration has directed the Canadian military to engage in lethal combat in Afghanistan, the pretext for the invasion being the US administration's story of the events of 9/11. However, no proof of the administration's claims has ever been presented to the United Nations. Evidence from credible sources of the unreliability of the claims made by the US administration is compelling. These claims, which are contrary to the version of events provided by the US administration, have never been investigated in the public arena. The credible sources I have cited in my petitions to Parliament and the Queen are freely available on the internet and ought to be known by all Members of Parliament. It is the responsibility of Parliamentarians to be informed of all issues related to such a history-changing event as 9/11. For MPs to ignore the calls for 9/11 truth investigations based on information from such credible people as Major General Albert Stubblebine, Dr David Ray Griffin, Michael Meacher, Francesco Cossiga, Andreas von Bulow, Paul Hellyer, and many credible professional organizations such as airline pilots, engineers, architects and intelligence agency employees, is a gross dereliction of the sworn duty of each member of our Parliament. I say Parliament rather than government because the opposition MPs have been silent. Silence in this most horrific event is complicity in the cover-up of the truth of the actual events of 9/11. My decision to seek asylum is the result of inaction by the RCMP on the information I provided to the Commissioner of the RCMP, William Elliot, of collusion between our Parliament and the US administration, to the detriment of Canadian citizens. When I presented my information to the RCMP, I fully expected that my information would be acted upon. However, I was told by Corporal Hughes of the Powell River RCMP detachment that my information would not be forwarded to a “desk” in Vancouver. I was told by Corporal Hughes to go to my MP or the government. As the MP for my riding ignored my request for a meeting, I was also directed to the media. However, I was ignored by the editor of our local paper. When I sent a request as to what mechanism the government of Canada had to restrict what is reported in the media, it was at this time that I booked my flight to Munich and began my quest to find a sympathetic government willing to offer me asylum as I could not rely on the RCMP who's sworn duty is to uphold both the spirit and the laws of Canada as well as to protect my constitutional rights which have been violated by the actions of Parliament through intentionally misinforming the citizens of Canada so that a policy favourable to the geopolitical interests of a foreign country take precedence over the interests of the citizens of Canada, clearly a violation of my charter rights. I no longer believe that my security will be protected by the RCMP. I was in fact “watched” after I laid my information. So rather than protecting my constitutional rights, I was placed in a position of suspicion the RMP are clearly not acting in my interests. I truly believed before I laid my information that the RCMP would investigate my allegations and provide security to me as my charges are the most serious charges a citizen can lay against a government. I was very wrong. I am one person giving information of malfeasance on the part of our Parliament. My claims deserve a proper investigation. I do not need to be “representing” a group of citizens to add weight to my assertions. In Canada, if someone trespasses against a single citizen, the RCMP are charged with investigating the complaint. The citizen does not need to find ten friends to accompany them to the RCMP to file an information of a law statue or right granted in our constitution or bill of rights that has been broken. Should my request for asylum be rejected by the German government, I will travel to a neighbouring country and request asylum, and will continue in my quest for asylum to bring the malfeasance of our Parliament to the attention of the international community. I do not want to further sully Canada's good name. I wish to bring attention at the international level to the collusion between our Parliament and the US administration to the great detriment of the citizens of Canada. Should the German or any other government deport me back to Canada, I would be most happy to defend any charges laid against me should Parliament so choose. Further, I will defend my words in any civil action initiated by any member of Parliament, including the Governor General or the Queen. My loving kindness to all sentient beings on a sunny Berlin morning.

The Republic of East Vancouver masthead
The Republic of East Vancouver supports no party, advocates
for no cause, represents no group, serves no master, and considers
problems with no preconceived notions. We hope to afflict the comfortable,
both materially and intellectually, and comfort the afflicted—of
both kinds as well, and we are trying to do both things at the same
time.
