How far back should an employment history go on the resume of an older worker?

I’m retirement age and updating my Resume. My employment history, even just the relevant stuff, could go way, way back. How many years should I include?

    Go 10 years back. That is all that is necessary.

    Ten years is standard. You can add more or less if it makes your resume better.
