How do I become an Employment Recruiter for an agency?

I am currently unemployed and I personally have applied through temp to hire employment agencies. I enjoy helping others especially in time of need. I find it a win win position. I have only graduated High School and Some College, do I need a certificate, Licence or a degree for this position? What experiences may help? Thank you.

    A degree or diploma in HR (human resources) will definitely be beneficial or even required. If you’ve applied through temp agencies, why not ask one of the employees there too? There aren’t licences for recruitment/HR positions
